Product Manager

They are seeking a Product Manager for DC Design & Build Services to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle and shape modular service offerings that align with customer and market needs.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product lifecycle for DC Design & Build offerings—from ideation to continuous improvement
• Define product vision and multi-year roadmap for standardized DC services
• Build service catalogues, pricing models, and modular design/build packages
• Develop reference architectures across MEP, ICT, automation, sustainability & high-density compute
• Convert deep engineering capabilities into repeatable, scalable offerings
• Enable presales through solution kits, SOW templates, estimation and proposal frameworks
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to refine offerings
• Build business cases; drive cost optimization through standardization
• Define delivery playbooks, quality benchmarks, and global training material
• Support GTM, messaging, and competitive positioning for DC services

Requirements:

• 10–12 years of experience productizing engineering-led solutions
• Strong background in Data Center Design (MEP, Power, Cooling, ICT, White Space Build, Fire Safety)
• Proven experience in offering/portfolio management for DC or infrastructure services
• Understanding of DCIM/BMS, sustainability practices, AI/HPC infrastructure
• Strong product management skills—roadmapping, pricing, GTM strategy, competitive analysis
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership & customer engagement skills
• Experience working with engineering, presales, delivery, automation, and procurement teams
