About this role
HCLTech is one of the world’s fastest‑growing technology organizations, and they are seeking a Product Manager to transform deep engineering capabilities into scalable, repeatable, modular offerings. The role involves owning the vision and end-to-end lifecycle of standardized facility management offerings across global data centers, ensuring high availability and strong customer value.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for DC Facility Management offerings
- Define global service catalogues for operations, maintenance, monitoring, compliance, and energy management
- Standardize SLAs, KPIs, governance, and reporting models for consistent global delivery
- Build pricing, costing, and packaging frameworks aligned to scalable service models
- Integrate sustainability & energy optimization practices, including PUE and carbon-aware operations
- Enable automation-driven operations through DCIM/BMS, analytics, and command-center capabilities
- Develop SOP libraries, delivery playbooks, and transition methodologies
- Drive continuous improvement based on performance trends and customer insights
- Support presales & GTM with standardized artefacts and value propositions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 10–12 years in Data Center Operations or Facility Management
- Proven experience in service/product portfolio ownership for critical environments
- Strong understanding of power, cooling, compliance, and maintenance processes
- Experience with service design, SLA/KPI frameworks, and cost modelling
- Ability to operate across strategy, GTM, and executive discussions
- Exposure to DCIM/BMS and energy management
