Hallmark Global Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced P&C Billing Technical Business Analyst to support insurance billing systems, focusing on production support and incident management. The role involves collaborating with business, engineering, and operations teams to analyze requirements and ensure smooth system releases.
Responsibilities:
- Provide production support including incident analysis, cleanup, and resolution
- Manage and track Jira and ServiceNow tickets
- Analyze business processes and document detailed requirements and user stories
- Assess solution feasibility, cost, and performance; recommend best-fit solutions
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional activities to resolve issues and deliver projects
- Support release testing by defining test strategies, test cases, and validations
- Review system behavior to ensure alignment with business needs
- Communicate with and train stakeholders; prepare user documentation and support materials
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or Systems Analyst
- Strong experience in P&C insurance billing (billing, payments, policy integration, or finance systems)
- Proven ability to write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience working across teams from requirements through deployment
- Strong analytical skills; experience with SQL, Excel, or BI tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile environments and backlog management
- Experience with legacy system modernization or system migration projects
- Hands-on knowledge of insurance billing platforms such as Majesco
- Experience with payment integrations like OneInc, CollectOne, or Adyen
