The Hershey Company is a well-known player in the consumer packaged goods industry, seeking a Senior Manager for S/4 Business Analysis Finance. This role involves leading business process design and functional collaboration with third-party partners to enhance the S/4 ecosystem, focusing on digitization and automation of processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design for respective E2E business processes and the related S/4 functional design
- Identify digitization and automation opportunities
- Oversee/Manage the implementation process in close collaboration with our 3rd parties
- Lead the creation & documentation of test scripts and execute test scripts
- Ensure required tests are executed in compliance with policy – including regression testing
- Lead the execution/implementation of medium to large initiatives ($5-7M) from design to deployment
- Lead the design & implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the health and performance of the respective business processes and systems
- Collaborate with our 3rd parties to leverage their expertise and support to design and implement the enhancements, digitization, and automation of our processes
- Ensure business, functional, and system design documentation is up to date
- Enhance/develop training materials and execute training sessions to ensure end-user proficiency and compliance
- Be a key part in the stakeholder management across the enterprise including executives
- Ensure system upgradability due to appropriate customizations
- Reduce cost to serve and manual errors by leveraging process digitization
- Design and implement business process and system changes and enhancements in close collaboration with the business and technology community
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
- 10 years experience in business process and functional design in S/4 landscape
- Strong background in CPG
- Strong business process and functional design experience in the context of SAP S4 HANA
- Strong design and initiative leadership experience
- Strong passion for automation, digitization, and continuous improvement

- Experience in Finance, RTR, Product Costing and Supply Chain Accounting processes
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master in STEM) a big plus
- Mix of Business and STEM degrees a big plus
