The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify new business opportunities through full cycle sales activities, collaborate with the team on strategy, and maintain up-to-date information in the Salesforce system.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and build awareness around new business opportunities by prospecting full cycle sales activities such as cold-calling and emailing in order to book meetings
- Work closely with the team on strategy, communication, and pipeline update
- Gain experience in going upmarket and selling to key strategic businesses
- Understand the mission of accessiBe and how it can play a pivotal role in your customers accessibility and compliance
- Continuously improve the processes, analysis, and tactics used by accessiBe SDR's
- Maintain up to date information in our Salesforce system
Requirements:
- Understanding of sales methodologies (value selling, cold calling, Customer Centric Selling, other)
- Ability to thrive and work diligently in a competitive environment
- Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
- History of creative, persistent, and effective outbound sales lead follow-up messaging
- Ambitious and result-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Excellent written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with great attention to detail
