Introhive is an AI-powered Relationship Intelligence platform that helps firms break down data silos and unlock actionable relationship insights. They are looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the post-sales customer lifecycle, driving adoption and value realization while maintaining customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to establish critical goals
- Drive customer toward full value realization
- Deepen customer relationships and create new ones
- Develop strong understanding of customer use cases
- Manage account escalations
- Monitor account health; take action to improve health and/or mitigate risk
- Nurture customers for advocacy
- Drive product adoption
- Cross-functional collaboration on projects and systems
- Work collaboratively to support renewals & upsells
Requirements:
- Collaborative team player
- Familiarity working with clients of all sizes
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and analytical
- Familiarity with CRMs and data tools
- Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
- 5 to 10 years experience in a similar role
- Bachelor Degree (BA or BBA) or equivalent
