Infinite Computer Solutions is a global leader in digital engineering and IT services, and they are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Enterprise AI Program Manager to lead their AI implementation portfolio across clinical, operational, and enterprise domains. The role involves overseeing AI initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and driving AI transformation across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end AI implementation portfolio, including predictive analytics, workflow automation, clinical decision support, and enterprise AI initiatives
- Translate executive AI strategy into structured multi-phase roadmaps and sprint-level execution plans
- Establish portfolio prioritization frameworks based on clinical value, operational efficiency, risk, and regulatory considerations
- Define measurable KPIs for AI initiative success and value realization
- Provide executive-level reporting to CAIO, CIO, and leadership committees
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent AI initiatives
- Manage timelines, dependencies, risk registers, and budget performance
- Ensure adherence to internal governance standards, healthcare compliance requirements, and enterprise security policies
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint planning across cross-functional teams
- Develop portfolio dashboards, risk heatmaps, and dependency matrices
- Drive disciplined change management and stakeholder alignment
- Coordinate and oversee delivery across the following roles: Data Architect, EHR Analyst, Integration Analyst, Software Engineer, AI/ML Engineer, Data Scientist, Automation Developer, Business Analyst, UX/UI Designer
- Ensure accountability, collaboration, and clear ownership across technical and business teams
- Ensure AI initiatives align with healthcare regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, data privacy, audit standards)
- Govern model lifecycle checkpoints include validation, bias review, testing, and production readiness
- Align AI execution with enterprise risk management processes
- Mitigate program-level and model-level risks proactively
- Develop structured knowledge transfer frameworks to support long-term internal AI capability
- Create playbooks, documentation standards, and operating procedures
- Support establishment and maturation of an internal AI Center of Excellence
- Mentor internal stakeholders and build sustainable delivery practices
Requirements:
- 10+ years of enterprise program or portfolio management experience
- 3+ years leading AI, data science, analytics, or automation initiatives
- Experience in healthcare IT environments (EHR systems, clinical workflows, healthcare data governance)
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to operate at executive stakeholder level
- Experience managing risks in regulated environments
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)
- MS AI Industry leader Certified / AWS Machine learning speciality
- CAIP / CAIGP / NIST AI /
- PMP/ SAFe 5 / Agile Certification
- ITIL V4
- Healthcare compliance training (HIPAA, NIST familiarity)
- Experience working in partnership with a CAIO or enterprise AI office
- Familiarity with EHR platforms such as Epic or Cerner
- Experience with MLOps lifecycle governance
- Experience implementing AI in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Background in digital transformation within healthcare systems
