Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. They are seeking a self-starting, team-oriented, and passionate Product Marketing Senior Manager to join their Service Cloud team, focusing on core messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy execution.
Responsibilities:
- Be the product Go-To-Market expert for stakeholders across product, marketing, and distribution for the specific product line that you represent
- Develop succinct and effective sales training materials (demos, training, FAQs, etc.), making it easy for non-technical sales to understand our complete suite technology
- Align to named global distribution leaders to drive marketing and sales alignment, sales programs, and pipeline generation
- Define and build repeatable demos, sales plays, competitive programs, and create high-quality content, while aligning to supporting marketing campaigns
- Lead and create the core value proposition and selling points
- Translate our marketing & industry-focused initiatives into actionable programs to help fuel the sales pipeline, close deals, and deliver growth
- Build consensus, alignment, and engagement across Campaigns, Creative, Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Pricing Strategy, and Customer Success
- Lead messaging and positioning strategy and execution for target personas in partnership with global Go-to-Market, Campaigns, Content, and Corporate Marketing teams
Requirements:
- 7 years of Product Marketing, Solution Engineering, Sales, or Go-To-Market background
- Expertise in Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms
- Hands-on experience building a range of marketing assets, including compelling sales plays and enablement materials, succinct slide pitch-decks, demo videos, and event/webinar content
- Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making as well as a consistent track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics
- Outstanding organizational skills to define and balance multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively within a dynamic environment
- Ability to establish good working relationships with cross-functional teams and align with global stakeholders
- Strong collaboration skills with a willingness to drive hands-on tactical execution
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)
- Confidently deliver presentations to audiences of all sizes
- Ability to confidently pick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguity
