Apptad is seeking a Corporate Systems Product Contractor to support key HR and Finance technology initiatives. This role involves partnering with HR, IT, and finance stakeholders to deliver the technology roadmap while identifying automation and redesign opportunities across corporate functions.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate discovery sessions with Finance, Legal, Procurement, and other corporate teams to understand process needs, pain points, and improvement opportunities
- Work closely with IT to evaluate solution options, scope, and ensure smooth delivery across workstreams
- Coordinate with external vendors during platform assessments, SOW reviews, and implementation cycles
- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across HR and corporate functions
- Support tool evaluations, process redesign efforts, and pilot programs to streamline manual workflows
Requirements:
- Manage product for corporate systems (Workday, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, or other corporate systems)
- Experience in finance industry
- Experience leading HR technology or ERP systems initiatives in a product, program, or business lead capacity
- Ability to define workflow/automation tools—without requiring technical configuration specialization
- Strong ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and align diverse cross functional teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a dynamic environment
