Upperline Health is the nation’s largest provider group dedicated to lower extremity, wound and vascular care. They are seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior operational leaders, focusing on aligning people strategy with business goals and supporting organizational change initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders, aligning people strategy with business goals
- Lead and support change initiatives that come with growth, transformation, and new ways of working
- Play a key role in integrating new teams and leaders through acquisitions
- Use people data and insights to spot trends, influence decisions, and drive real, local impact
- Partner with the broader HR team to roll out practical, high-impact solutions across talent development, leadership growth, total rewards, and engagement
- Coach leaders through performance management, employee relations matters, and complex people decisions
- Lead investigations and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while maintaining a practical, business-oriented approach
- Partner cross-functionally to design and evolve team structures, workforce plans, and succession strategies as we scale
- Champion a culture of accountability, inclusion, and strong, people-first leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including time as a senior HR Business Partner
- Experience supporting multi-site or distributed teams, including hourly workforces
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using Excel or other tools to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong business acumen and a “customer-first” mindset when partnering with leaders
- Deep knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and HR best practices
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders, navigate ambiguity, and lead through change
- Background in management consulting or other fast-paced, high-change environments is a plus
- Rotational experience in multiple HR specialties (Talent, Compensation, Employee Relations, L&D, etc.) is a plus
