Minitab is a software company specializing in standardizing data collection and analysis across global manufacturing operations. They are seeking a hands-on channel sales leader to grow and lead their indirect partner ecosystem across the Americas, focusing on strategic leadership and execution in partner development and enterprise deal support.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Partner Account Managers
- Build and execute the Americas indirect channel strategy
- Recruit, enable, and manage high-impact partners
- Drive recurring and new revenue through partner-led and co-sell motions
- Support complex enterprise opportunities (including >$1B global manufacturers outside the U.S.)
- Align partner capabilities to digital transformation, quality, SPC, and operational excellence initiatives
Requirements:
- 8+ years of channel business development and/or enterprise software sales experience
- 3+ years leading partner-facing or enterprise sales teams
- Experience selling into manufacturing or industrial organizations
- Proven success in value-based or consultative selling
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and executive presence
- Willingness to travel across the Americas
- Multilingual capability is a plus
