Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Project Manager with expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud, PeopleSoft, and Workday. The role involves leading large-scale ERP transformation projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of cloud migration and integration initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end to end ERP implementation, migration, upgrade, and integration projects across Oracle Fusion Cloud, PeopleSoft HCM/FSCM, and Workday Financials/HCM
- Develop project roadmaps, schedules, work plans, resource plans, and governance structures
- Drive cross functional project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables are successfully managed
- Facilitate project steering committee and stakeholder meetings
- Provide clear, timely status reporting to leadership and executive teams
- Manage full lifecycle Workday Financials/HCM implementations including SIT, E2E, UAT, User Experience Reviews, and Cutover
- Lead Oracle Cloud ERP SaaS implementations including SCM, Financials, HCM, and middleware components
- Oversee Oracle EBS upgrades (12.2.x) and PeopleSoft upgrades (HCM/FSCM 9.2, PeopleTools)
- Lead cloud migrations to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and server/infrastructure modernization initiatives
- Develop tenant management plans, testing strategies, configuration control, and project documentation
- Direct technical teams including Apps DBAs, Integration specialists, Cloud engineers, and Functional SMEs
- Oversee major technical initiatives such as: Database upgrades (12c/19c), Fusion Middleware upgrades, Large database migrations to OCI, Server virtualization and infrastructure redesign
- Support evaluation and adoption of integration tools (Talend, DataStage, SAP Integration, SOA Suite)
- Collaborate with business leaders to align financial calendars, HR operations, Payroll cycles, and functional processes with project timelines
- Partner with SI vendors and manage RFP/RFI, vendor assessments, and bid evaluations
- Coach and mentor project teams on methodologies, best practices, Agile frameworks, and PMO standards
- Implement and promote Agile practices using JIRA, Kanban, Trello, and Confluence
- Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative testing cycles
- Integrate Agile frameworks into waterfall or hybrid enterprise PMO environments
- Lead end to end testing cycles: SIT, UAT, Parallel Testing, Performance Testing
- Define testing frameworks and testing governance
- Ensure quality, compliance, and audit readiness for enterprise systems
Requirements:
- 10 to 15 years ERP Implementation Project Manager experience
- Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud, PeopleSoft, and Workday implementations
- Strong leadership skills
- Hands on project management execution
- ERP functional knowledge
- Ability to coordinate with senior stakeholders, system integrators, and technical teams

- Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary ERP project teams
- Expertise in risk identification, mitigation planning, and escalation management
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
- Large enterprise or government (State, Federal) project experience
- Experience managing SI partners and vendor teams
- Experience with cloud migration of ERP workloads
