GeorgiaTEK Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Bilingual ERP Project Manager with strong expertise in managing enterprise ERP implementations, specifically PeopleSoft and Coupa. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver ERP projects successfully in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ERP project management for PeopleSoft and Coupa implementations, upgrades, and integrations
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources
- Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and executive updates
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions
- Work closely with finance, procurement, and IT teams on ERP-related initiatives
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Support system integration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Project Management
- Proven experience managing ERP projects involving PeopleSoft and Coupa
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, finance, and procurement processes
- Experience managing remote and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
