Axonius is a cybersecurity company focused on transforming cyber asset intelligence into actionable insights. The North-Central Regional Marketing Manager will drive pipeline growth through localized demand generation programs, aligning corporate marketing objectives with regional strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, data-driven regional marketing plan specifically for the North-Central to meet defined sales pipeline and revenue targets
- Execute four core demand generation program types: digital campaigns, regional events (conferences/roadshows), webinars, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
- Track and measure the effectiveness (ROI) of all regional campaigns using marketing automation (Marketo/HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce) data, providing regular KPI reports to leadership
- Align and enable the regional sales team by creating localized collateral, presentations, and outreach templates, and co-marketing with channel partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on regional or field marketing
- Proven experience developing and executing market-specific strategies in the North-Central region
- Proficiency in utilizing both a major Marketing Automation Platform (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and a CRM tool (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience marketing within the technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS industry sectors
- Demonstrated experience designing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
- Documented expertise in managing and reconciling a regional marketing budget
- Experience leading the planning and execution of regional trade shows and customer events
- Experience with localizing corporate content and case studies for a specific regional audience
- Post-graduate degree (e.g., MBA) or equivalent advanced experience
