Sikich is a professional services firm seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to lead and evolve their digital marketing strategy. This role involves setting digital strategy, driving performance, and building a high-performing team to support brand growth and client engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize Sikich’s full digital marketing ecosystem, including website(s), MarTech platforms, ABM tools, social media, and email marketing
- Develop and execute an integrated digital strategy aligned to brand, growth, and pipeline objectives
- Own, establish and measure KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure performance, insights, and ROI across all digital channels
- Continuously evaluate emerging platforms, tools, and best practices to keep Sikich at the forefront of digital marketing
- Oversee website strategy, UX, content governance, and performance optimization
- Lead MarTech platform strategy and integration (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, personalization, etc.)
- Partner cross-functionally with IT, sales, and service lines to ensure platforms are scalable, secure, and effectively adopted
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering accountability, growth, and collaboration
- Set clear priorities, workflows, and standards to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency
- Serve as a coach and thought leader, elevating digital capabilities across the broader marketing organization
- Lead relationships with external agencies, vendors, and platform partners
- Manage budgets, scopes of work, performance expectations, and contracts
- Ensure vendors operate as true partners and extensions of the Sikich team
- Work closely with brand, communications, service line marketing, and business development teams to align digital execution with firmwide priorities
- Translate complex business needs into effective digital solutions that drive engagement and growth
Requirements:
- 10–12 years of digital marketing experience, with increasing responsibility and leadership scope
- Experience in professional services, B2B, or multi-service organization required with experience managing multiple digital channels in a complex, matrixed organization
- Strong understanding of website strategy, marketing technology stacks, analytics, and performance optimization - WordPress, MS Dynamics CRM and Marketo experience required
- Viewpoint on AI use cases and demonstrated ability to build a roadmap to implementation
