They are looking for an AI Customer Engineer to drive their Agentspace initiatives, acting as a bridge between clients' data landscapes and unified ecosystems while collaborating closely with sales teams to deliver AI solutions that provide measurable business value.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with prospective enterprise customers to understand their technical landscape, strategic priorities, and high-impact transformation opportunities
- Lead executive discovery sessions to identify transformative use cases for Google Agentspace / Gemini Enterprise
- Translate complex business challenges into prioritized GenAI initiatives, clearly defined scopes, and measurable ROI-driven outcomes
- Lead the creation of high-impact AI/ML prototypes and scalable GenAI Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) aligned with customer ecosystems
- Architect end-to-end solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems, data sources, security requirements, and Google Cloud services
- Collaborate with sales, solution architects, and engineering teams to design scalable architectures, estimate cloud consumption, and build reusable accelerators and solution assets
- Deliver compelling executive presentations, live demos, and interactive workshops that clearly articulate business value and implementation roadmaps
- Translate complex technical concepts into persuasive, business-focused value propositions to influence stakeholders and accelerate deal closure
- Partner with sales to build buyer confidence, validate technical feasibility, and drive opportunities toward successful closure
- Establish thought leadership through LinkedIn, webinars, and industry content to generate demand and strengthen Techolution’s GenAI positioning
- Contribute to whitepapers, case studies, and marketing assets that highlight Techolution’s accelerators, platforms, and Google-powered AI solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in GenAI with a strong focus on pre-sales, solution consulting, or strategic advisory roles
- Proven experience engaging with C-suite and senior enterprise stakeholders, leading discovery workshops, and influencing technology decisions
- Deep understanding of GenAI, LLMs, agentic workflows, enterprise search, knowledge systems, and AI-driven automation use cases
- Demonstrated experience designing scalable, enterprise-grade architectures and translating business requirements into solution blueprints
- Experience developing or leading Proof of Concepts (POCs), prototypes, and accelerators to demonstrate business value
- Strong business acumen with the ability to quantify ROI, build value hypotheses, and align AI initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, engineering, product, and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Thought leadership presence through published content, speaking engagements, or active participation in professional platforms
