Planet Pharma is seeking a Project Management Consultant to support Supplier Management & Performance Analytics within R&D Operations. The role involves acting as a liaison between laboratory teams, functional stakeholders, and external suppliers, while also managing project coordination and performance analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Project coordination and tracking
- Supplier performance analytics
- Stakeholder communication and presentation
- Translating lab-based scientific work into digestible updates for leadership
- Managing documentation and collaboration tools
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset and practical problem-solving ability
- Comfort presenting to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to communicate scientific concepts clearly
- Prior experience in pharma, biotech, or CRO environments
- Familiarity with bioanalytical work, assays, or supplier/vendor-based R&D operations
- Excel (required)

- SharePoint & Microsoft Teams (required)
- Experience with organizations such as ICON, PPD, GSK, J&J, or similar preferred
- Tableau (preferred; training available if unfamiliar)
