Solventum is a new healthcare company dedicated to improving lives through innovative solutions. They are seeking a strategic and results-driven Global Associate Product Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy and execution for the sterilization assurance portfolio, focusing on portfolio growth and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for the sterilization assurance portfolio including Chemical Integrators, Sterilization Hardware and Cleaning Chemicals
- Managing the full lifecycle of the products, including new product introductions, transitions, and end-of-life planning
- Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer initiatives to inform portfolio decisions
- Creating compelling sales tools, training materials, and customer-facing content to support field teams
- Serving as the marketing lead in cross-functional portfolio teams, influencing decisions with data-driven insights
- Accelerating market development in specific regions
- Driving strategies and improvements around standards of care
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree AND (7) years of experience in portfolio or product marketing, preferably in medical devices or healthcare technology
- Experience launching medical device products in a global environment
- MBA degree preferred
- Proven success in product marketing and lifecycle management including P&L
- Familiarity with the Sterilization market and the Department of Surgery (OR)
- Experience with driving sales enabling activities with global teams
- Ability to translate technical features into customer-centric benefits
- Consistent results delivered on AOP targets for both sales and profitability
- 5 years of experience managing Class II durable medical devices
- Experience launching consumables and equipment in international healthcare markets
