QuinStreet is a pioneer in powering decentralized online marketplaces that match searchers and consumers with brands. They are looking to hire a Product Manager for their Insurance category to manage technical projects, ensure timely delivery, and collaborate across teams to align projects with the company's product roadmap.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple technical projects related to the delivery of our Insurance clients, including scoping, planning, execution, and monitoring
- Work closely with development and business teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, and to the satisfaction of the stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop and implement appropriate mitigation plans
- Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project status updates and manage expectations
- Collaborate with the product & marketplace teams to ensure that technical projects align with the company's product roadmap and strategy
- Work with the development team to identify technical solutions and ensure that they meet the needs of the business
- Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with company policies, standards, and procedures
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in FinTech digital marketing space. Experience in Insurance industries a plus
- 3+ years of experience in product coordination, project management, QA, or technical operations
- Strong technical background with experience in web technologies, software development, and product management methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of performance-driven digital customer funnel
- Hands-on experience in an agile environment collaborating directly with engineers
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with project/product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Asana
- Exposure to software development or technology-driven projects
- Experience running or supporting sprint ceremonies
- Basic understanding of how product decisions translate into technical work
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus
