Confidential Jobs is seeking a Digital Marketing & Project Specialist to oversee multiple marketing initiatives while focusing on key objectives and metrics. This role involves managing social media content, coordinating with onboarding for new hires, and administering the CRM to support marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Catalogs and organizes all assets including but not limited to, training materials, marketing collateral, digital marketing flyers and video marketing
- Collaborates and participates in preparation of marketing packages
- Acts as a controller for Marketing assets assisting the Marketing Strategy team on project management and customer service
- Assists in creating monthly, quarterly, and annual strategic Marketing plans and oversees the execution of those plans
- Prepares monthly metric reports for Marketing team
- Attends all onboarding meetings and in-turn, provides recaps of meetings and updates on project assignments and delivery dates
- Manages and assigns tickets from Fresh Desk to the appropriate team member and follows up to ensure completion of tasks
- Collaborates with EVP of Marketing and other teams involved in communication to Executive team, sales managers, and loan officers through marketing updates
- Responsible for the organization and catalog of Marketing channel policies and procedures and provides due dates for annual review
- Anticipates problems, critical issues, and opportunities as they arise and advises the EVP of Marketing accordingly
- Attends company events (some overnight from time to time)
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field desired but not required
- One to three years of experience in related role(s)
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts with creativity and assertiveness while maintaining a professional relationship
- Ability to effectively manage situations or events in the absence of higher authority and make recommendations or decisions that affect team operations and activities
- Ability to complete administrative responsibilities with a high level of proficiency, independence, and competency
- Ability to independently perform duties with confidentiality and accuracy
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities to meet multiple deadlines
- Ability to evaluate situations and make recommendations/ decisions
