Piper Companies is seeking a Pharmacy Project Manager (Healthcare) to support program operations and process improvement efforts for a leading organization in the healthcare insurance industry. The role involves project management and business systems analysis to ensure accurate reporting and effective stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting and managing smaller programs or phases of larger initiatives to ensure alignment with established goals, schedules, and deliverables
- Reviewing and validating reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to organizational guidelines
- Preparing operational reports, outcome summaries, presentations, and documentation for leadership review
- Recommending or implementing program and process changes to improve performance and drive objectives
- Assisting with budget-related tasks, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring alignment with spending plans
- Managing vendors and administering program-related contracts to ensure service-level agreement compliance
- Supporting file management, documentation control, and structured reporting workflows
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in project management, business systems analysis, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to validate complex reporting and ensure data accuracy
- Prior experience with member materials/ANOC/EOC
- Experience supporting operational programs, coordinating multi-team efforts, or managing structured workflows
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams and work independently in a remote environment
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, validation, and data organization
