TalentPop is seeking a French+English Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to clients and customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact, resolving issues and building relationships through effective communication in both languages.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support, ensuring every customer interaction is a positive one
- Troubleshoot issues efficiently, turning challenges into quick solutions
- Use your excellent communication skills to foster strong, lasting relationships with our customers
- Work closely with your team to share insights and help us continuously refine our service
Requirements:
- Fluent in both French and English
- At least one year of remote bilingual customer service experience or a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
- A personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor (or equivalent)
- A stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speeds
- Familiarity with customer support platforms like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify
- Experience with E-commerce and CRM systems
