H1 is a company dedicated to improving healthcare access through data and AI technology. The Product Marketing Manager will execute product positioning and messaging, create go-to-market materials, and work cross-functionally to support sales and customer success initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Execute positioning and client-facing content for new product launches and existing offerings across multiple verticals and customer segments
- Maintain and update existing assets to ensure positioning remains current as the market evolves, product changes, or data is enhanced
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate product capabilities into clear customer value and market differentiation
- Build product messaging to support Business Development campaigns, content strategy and development, and Sales talk tracks
- Partner with Enablement to create core enablement assets including pitch decks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, one-pagers, and case studies
- Lead internal product readiness and training sessions to ensure customer-facing teams are able to effectively communicate value and win deals
- Incorporate feedback from the Commercial team to iterate on messaging, positioning, and enablement materials post-launch
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing within healthcare, life sciences, or health plans, with experience supporting B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and/or Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) products
- Proven experience marketing products that serve multiple markets, personas, and use cases
- Demonstrated ability to distill complex product offerings into clear, differentiated customer value
- Demonstrated success supporting commercial enablement and working closely with Sales teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence cross-functionally
