The Sales Engineer role involves providing technical assistance to customers, developing solutions to meet their requirements, and collaborating with sales leadership to drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to customers and Account Teams
- Obtain customer integration service needs, challenges and product requirements to develop business cases to drive solutions
- Understand and communicate IT strategy and vision based on Iron Bow’s capabilities to meet your customers’ technical requirements
- Lead the development of solutions to meet customer requirements
- Collaborate with Sales leadership on customer mission and requirements
Requirements:
- US citizenship is required
- Government clearance TS/SCI
- Typically requires BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent years of experience
- 10+ years-related experience
- A broad understanding of technology and the ability to consult with the customer regarding cloud, collaboration, security, data center, networking mobility & end user devices, managed services and digital/IoT transformation
- Provide technical assistance to customers and Account Teams
- Obtain customer integration service needs, challenges and product requirements to develop business cases to drive solutions
- Understand and communicate IT strategy and vision based on Iron Bow's capabilities to meet your customers' technical requirements
- Lead the development of solutions to meet customer requirements
- Collaborate with Sales leadership on customer mission and requirements
- Government contracting experience desired but not required
