They are seeking a Senior Director of Product Engineering who will drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications, oversee multiple engineering teams, and ensure high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications that align with business objectives
- Oversee multiple engineering teams, ensuring high-quality software solutions through modern development practices, scalability, and security standards
- Collaborate closely with product management, architecture, and infrastructure teams to define technical roadmaps and prioritize initiatives
- Foster innovation by introducing emerging technologies and optimizing engineering processes for efficiency and agility
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, empowering managers and engineers to grow and excel
- Accountable for resource planning, budget management, and ensuring projects meet timelines and performance benchmarks
- Engage with stakeholders to bridge technical execution with business strategy to deliver measurable outcomes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to best practices in software development
- Lead a team of approximately 40+ engineers and manage engineering delivery of several products
- Define technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives, scale distributed engineering teams, and mentor senior technical talent
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Design, or Health Informatics
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience, including executive-level management of digital, technology, security, or product teams in complex organizations
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Healthcare experience
- Enterprise software development experience
- Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Experience in integrated healthcare, academic medical centers, or regulated industries
