The role involves owning the narrative for complex products, leading go-to-market strategies, and driving sales enablement while collaborating with various teams to ensure clarity and effectiveness in marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Prime × Markets Narrative
- Define and evolve the positioning for Prime and Markets as a single institutional operating platform
- Lead messaging across spot, futures, options, cross-margin, execution, and liquidity access
- Pressure-test narratives with Sales, Product, Legal, and real clients to ensure credibility at hedge fund scale and regulatory durability across regions
- Lead Product-Heavy GTMs
- Act as PMM DRI for major Prime and Markets launches, including derivatives and cross-margin initiatives
- Build GTM strategies that span product readiness, sales enablement, client communications, and events
- Own sequencing and clarity around what’s live, what’s next, and what action clients should take
- Drive Sales Enablement That Converts
- Create high-signal enablement materials: talk tracks, FAQs, battlecards, demos, and client-ready narratives
- Partner tightly with Sales, STPs, and Coverage to reflect real objections, real deals, and buying behavior
- Reduce complexity for the field by delivering fewer, sharper, higher-impact assets
- Be the Translator Across Teams
- Translate between Product, Markets, Prime, Sales, and Leadership
- Turn complex technical detail into institutional-grade clarity without oversimplifying
- Influence roadmap and prioritization conversations through market-backed insight
- Raise the Bar for Institutional PMM
- Establish best practices for technical PMM work across the Institutional org
- Shape how GTMs, product showcases, and launches are run going forward
- Mentor junior PMMs and contribute to a stronger, more rigorous PMM function
Requirements:
- 7+ years in product marketing or adjacent roles (PMM, product strategy, institutional GTM)
- Meaningful experience with institutional trading, derivatives, or market infrastructure
- Strong understanding of derivatives markets, including futures, options, margining, and execution models
- Comfort discussing liquidity, capital efficiency, risk, and market structure with institutional clients
- Experience building narratives and GTMs that work across regions with different regulatory constraints
- Ability to balance global consistency with local compliance and market realities
- Ability to simplify complex systems into clear, compelling positioning
- Strong instincts around prioritization, sequencing, and tradeoffs
- Confidence to push back when narratives don't hold up
- Thrive in ambiguity and take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
- Build structure where none exists and move work forward without waiting for direction
- Balance speed with rigor
- Proven ability to partner with Product, Sales, Markets, Legal, and Comms
- Comfortable leading without authority and aligning strong stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Ability to brief leadership, influence decisions, and represent product externally

- Experience in prime brokerage, derivatives platforms, electronic trading, or market infrastructure
- Background in TradFi, crypto-native firms, or both
- Prior experience supporting institutional sales teams
- Familiarity with APIs, trading UIs, or execution workflows
