Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is a leading financial technology company seeking a Marketing Manager IV for a contract opportunity. The role involves developing and executing advanced lifecycle strategies, improving customer experience through predictive models, and managing project timelines and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute advanced lifecycle strategies across email, SMS, push, in-product messaging, and landing pages using segmentation, behavioral data, and AI/ML-driven insights
- Apply predictive models to improve onboarding, retention, churn reduction, upgrades, and overall customer experience
- Design A/B testing strategies to optimize growth, trial conversion, and engagement; analyze results with analytics teams
- Partner with product marketing, engineering, analytics, operations, creative, finance, and legal to deliver end-to-end initiatives
- Establish measurable KPIs including revenue impact, ROI, retention, and customer growth
- Create campaign briefs, support creative development, and ensure execution readiness with marketing operations
- Manage project timelines, stakeholder communication, and deployment schedules
- Perform hands-on execution including journey mapping, copywriting, and quality assurance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in growth or lifecycle marketing within SaaS environments
- Strong expertise in CRM channels (email, SMS, push, in-product messaging)
- Experience leveraging AI/ML models, predictive analytics, and recommendation engines for personalized marketing
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Braze) and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Amplitude)
- Strong project management skills using tools such as Asana, Jira, Workfront, or similar
- Excellent prioritization, collaboration, and communication skills in cross-functional environments
- Experience with generative AI applications in marketing
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Canva for prototyping
