Spring Health is on a mission to revolutionize mental healthcare by removing barriers to access. The Provider Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategic communications to engage and inform a diverse network of mental health providers, ensuring effective messaging that aligns with organizational priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic provider communications plan that aligns with organizational priorities and provider needs
- Craft clear, engaging, and helpful messages across channels—email, SMS, in-app, and web—to support new features, workflows, and initiatives
- Create and maintain a centralized communications calendar in partnership with Clinical Operations and Product
- Tailor content and messaging for distinct provider segments and personas
- Elevate our provider storytelling strategy with a focus on digestible, informative, and actionable content
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure provider communications are consistent, timely, and aligned with broader engagement goals
- Maintain a comprehensive communications calendar with 100% on-time execution
- Improve provider satisfaction with communications decreasing inbound support tickets
- Increase adoption of new features or initiatives through segmented messaging strategies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in communications, content marketing, or provider engagement, ideally within healthcare or health tech
- Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills with a portfolio of multi-channel content
- Experience building segmented communications strategies across varied personas or professional roles
- Proficiency with tools such as Iterable, Braze or similar for email, SMS, and in-app messaging
- Highly collaborative with strong project management skills and attention to detail
