Perficient is a global AI-first consultancy that values innovation and growth, seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to lead Salesforce implementations. This role involves managing project goals, collaborating with various departments, and delivering high-quality solutions to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and track sprint progress
- Foster an Agile environment that adapts quickly to change
- Create and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Maintain goals set by teams and clients
- Ensure clear communication of requirements and deliverable dates
- Capture meeting notes and ensure prompt completion of action items
- Resolve technical problems through team discussions
- Collaborate with development teams to understand solution opportunities and limitations
- Balance client and internal team needs
- Manage deliverables with external vendors
- Provide production and technical knowledge for optimal execution decisions
- Identify and manage suitable outside vendors for projects
- Ensure projects remain on schedule by managing resources
- Communicate project status and details with product and account leads
- Anticipate and address potential project issues proactively
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills to find effective solutions
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of leading projects in a technical and Agile environment
- Recent professional consulting experience
- Over 3 years of experience leading Salesforce implementations
- Must have a keen eye for detail
- Experience working directly with creative teams and development engineers
- Skilled in managing and communicating project status, budgets, and risks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Comprehensive experience in Financial Services, specifically Insurance
- Proficient in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, support strategic initiatives, and enable data-driven decision-making
- Possesses a strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required
- Scrum Master certification is preferred
- Any AI Certifications
