REMOTE Business Optimization Analyst

Carrington Holding Company, LLC is seeking a Business Optimization Analyst to join their remote team. The role involves mapping processes, analyzing system efficacy, and developing reporting solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Support the development and implementation of solutions that address business needs and enhance operational efficiency
• Analyze and map current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Provide business leaders with recommendations on system performance, utilization, process changes,and system enhancements or if a contract extension or new system/tool may be needed
• Create a variety of reporting solutions such as operational reports or dashboards to visualize business unit performance and trends
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes, also ensuring policies and procedures are updated and maintained
• Partner with stakeholders to drive consensus on project goals and objectives
• Assist in project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project deliverables
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
• Five plus (5+) years of experience in Business Analyst role analyzing and optimizing business processes, translating requirements into actionable solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and systems development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Growth mindset focused on process adoption, human capital retention, and employee engagement
• Ability and desire to function in a high-paced, heavily regulated work environment
• Strong time management skills and delivers high-quality work within defined timelines
• Master's degree is a plus
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional, PMI-Professional in Business Analysis, Agile/ Lean Six Sigma) are a plus
