Carrington Holding Company, LLC is seeking a Business Optimization Analyst to join their remote team. The role involves mapping processes, analyzing system efficacy, and developing reporting solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
- Support the development and implementation of solutions that address business needs and enhance operational efficiency
- Analyze and map current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Provide business leaders with recommendations on system performance, utilization, process changes,and system enhancements or if a contract extension or new system/tool may be needed
- Create a variety of reporting solutions such as operational reports or dashboards to visualize business unit performance and trends
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes, also ensuring policies and procedures are updated and maintained
- Partner with stakeholders to drive consensus on project goals and objectives
- Assist in project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project deliverables
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Five plus (5+) years of experience in Business Analyst role analyzing and optimizing business processes, translating requirements into actionable solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and systems development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Growth mindset focused on process adoption, human capital retention, and employee engagement
- Ability and desire to function in a high-paced, heavily regulated work environment
- Strong time management skills and delivers high-quality work within defined timelines
- Master's degree is a plus
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional, PMI-Professional in Business Analysis, Agile/ Lean Six Sigma) are a plus
