Healthcare Data and Operations Analyst

Brown & Brown is a company that values meritocracy and self-starters, and they are seeking a Healthcare Data and Operations Analyst to join their Healthcare team. This role involves managing the intake, transformation, validation, and loading of healthcare claims and EOB data into their managed care platform, ensuring accurate and timely operations.

Responsibilities:

• File intake and organization
• Data standardization & short-term file corrections
• System processing, validation, & reconciliation
• Client & policy configuration
• Vendor transition & knowledge transfer
• Partnering with IT during modernization (operator, analyst, & QA role)

Requirements:

• Strong Excel and data‑validation skills
• Ability to operate system‑based workflows
• Knowledge of healthcare code sets (diagnosis, procedure, revenue codes, etc.)
• Understanding of healthcare claims and EOB data
• Interest and/or experience in leveraging AI for file review and anomaly detection
• Strong documentation skills
• Ability to work across diverse teams
• High attention to detail and PHI compliance
