Requirements:
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for client management and relationship building
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management to successfully drive business development initiatives
- Proven capabilities in Training to onboard and guide team members effectively
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a remote work environment
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
- Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for sales and communication purposes
- Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with membership-based services is a plus
