Soho Square Solutions is a specialized consulting firm in life sciences and BFSI, partnering with a leading global life sciences enterprise to build AI-powered products. The AI Product Manager will define the product vision and strategy, work closely with stakeholders, and manage the full product lifecycle to ensure successful delivery and adoption of AI solutions in commercial functions.
Responsibilities:
- Assess the current state of a specific commercial function (field, market access, or marketing), using data to surface pain points and high-value opportunities
- Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and north star metrics, documented in a comprehensive PRD
- Determine the right agentic architecture for the solution. Single agent or multi-agent? Which platform? You will make and defend that recommendation
- Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery through design, engineering handoff, build, and rollout
- Work directly with engineering to translate requirements into specs and deliverables
- Collaborate with UX where the product demands it
- Build the change management and adoption strategy so the product actually lands with end users
- Define the measurement framework, utilization metrics, success criteria, and business impact tracking
Requirements:
- 8+ years in AI or digital product management. You have built products from zero to one, not just optimized existing ones
- Strong working knowledge of agentic AI, LLMs, and modern AI architectures. You can evaluate when a single agent is enough versus when you need a multi-agent system
- You develop product vision, strategy, and detailed PRDs that create alignment between business and engineering
- Data-driven. You identify opportunities through analytics, define the right success metrics, and measure what matters
- Technically conversant across cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake, Databricks). You engage credibly with engineering without needing to own the architecture
- Excellent stakeholder management. You are equally comfortable presenting to a VP and whiteboarding with a data engineer
- This is an individual contributor role. You do the work yourself
- Pharma commercial experience is strongly preferred. Field operations, market access, or marketing within life sciences, you know how these functions actually work
