The Salesforce Data 360 Technical Product Manager will drive the execution of a Data Cloud implementation, translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring effective collaboration with client stakeholders and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll play a central role as a Salesforce Data 360 Technical Product Manager , driving the day-to-day execution of a Data Cloud implementation while partnering closely with client stakeholders and internal technical team members
- Lead discovery efforts to understand business needs, data sources, and operational requirements within a healthcare-focused environment
- Translate business and data requirements into clear, actionable technical requirements and user stories
- Drive the setup and evolution of DataOps processes , including data ingestion, transformation, validation, and monitoring
- Act as the technical and functional bridge between business stakeholders, Salesforce architects, and engineers
- Guide the design and implementation of Salesforce Data 360 (Salesforce Data Cloud) solutions, including data models and integration patterns
- Support the configuration of Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), and identity resolution strategies
- Coordinate and prioritize day-to-day activities for a small technical delivery team working alongside the client
- Ensure data flows, transformations, and integrations align with best practices for scalability, performance, and governance
- Partner with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects to ensure cohesive multi-cloud solutions
- Monitor delivery progress, manage dependencies, and proactively identify risks or blockers
- Contribute to documentation, including functional requirements, process flows, and high-level solution designs
Requirements:
- Salesforce Data Cloud Technical Product Manager or Solution Architect with hands-on experience delivering data-centric Salesforce solutions
- Strong experience working with Salesforce Data 360 (Salesforce Data Cloud), including data modeling and integration concepts
- Proven ability to lead discovery sessions and translate business needs into well-structured technical requirements
- Experience establishing or supporting DataOps processes across ingestion, transformation, quality, and monitoring
- Solid understanding of data integration patterns, APIs, and ETL/ELT concepts
- Ability to work effectively with multiple technical contributors while coordinating closely with client stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Comfortable driving day-to-day execution while maintaining a broader architectural and product mindset
- Strong documentation skills, including requirements, process documentation, and solution overviews
- A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and evolving requirements
- Experience operating in regulated or data-sensitive environments, such as healthcare, is a strong plus
- Understanding of HIPAA, PHI data handling, and healthcare data interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)
- Experience partnering with Salesforce Architects, Developers, and Administrators in multi-cloud environments
