Trustana is a connected trade solution company that enables organizations to compete effectively. They are seeking a Sales Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle for their SaaS product data management and eCommerce integration solutions, focusing on mid-market retailers and brands.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to demo, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of mid-market clients across retail, FMCG, fashion, and beauty
- Identify key decision makers in merchandising, eCommerce, and data teams
- Run discovery sessions to understand pain points and show how Trustana can improve their operations
- Work with the marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and sales materials
- Share insights from clients to help improve our product and messaging
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions with a record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals
- Experience selling AI Native solutions
- A strong understanding of eCommerce and retail systems such as PIM, ERP, or OMS
- Experience managing long and consultative sales processes with multiple stakeholders
- The ability to translate technical features into clear business outcomes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable presenting to senior leaders
- A network in retail or consumer brands is a plus
