Formance is building the next-generation financial infrastructure and is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to accelerate their growth. The BDR will identify and qualify leads, initiate conversations with prospects, and build long-term customer relationships while collaborating with various teams to refine outreach strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and qualifying new leads across target segments (SaaS platforms, vertical SaaS, fintechs, etc.)
- Researching and identifying high-potential prospects, understanding their use cases and challenges
- Crafting thoughtful, personalized outbound messages and campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, video, etc.)
- Collaborating closely with the founders and AEs to feed and refine our messaging, and iterate on what works
- Running initial discovery calls and handoffs, becoming the first voice of Formance in many conversations
- Helping structure a repeatable and scalable outbound motion, turning ad hoc tactics into a proven playbook
- Logging and analyzing your outreach and results to continuously optimize the process
Requirements:
- Over 1+ year of relevant tech sales experience
- Proven intellectual curiosity, drive, and impact in fields beyond sales
- Fluent in English (additional proficiency in French or Spanish is a plus)
- Strong enthusiasm for the early stages of co-creating a product and shaping Formance's future
