Keystone Recruitment is hiring a Technical Project Manager II on behalf of their client, an enterprise staffing partner supporting leading technology companies. The role involves defining, implementing, and delivering complex cross-functional programs while collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver programs within scope, quality, time, and budget constraints while managing moderate-probability, moderate-impact risks
- Conduct program-level strategic planning and interact with executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams including internal employees, matrixed stakeholders, and contractors
- Oversee scope definition, requirements gathering, documentation, and project estimation
- Develop and track detailed project schedules and budgets
- Provide ongoing status reporting, issue resolution, and risk management
- Drive contingency planning and ensure alignment across multiple organizational levels
- Maintain strong customer and stakeholder communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
- PMP or PMI certification
- Experience in Camera Module development
- Experience within consumer electronics environments
- Semiconductor industry experience
- Strong project estimation, scheduling, tracking, and implementation planning skills
- Proven team leadership and people management capabilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in dynamic environments
- Strong risk assessment and mitigation experience
- Experience delivering large-scale, multi-platform technology solutions
- Proficiency with program management software
- MBA or other advanced degree
- Experience working in large enterprise systems environments
