Technical Project Manager II (Remote)

Keystone Recruitment is hiring a Technical Project Manager II on behalf of their client, an enterprise staffing partner supporting leading technology companies. The role involves defining, implementing, and delivering complex cross-functional programs while collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver programs within scope, quality, time, and budget constraints while managing moderate-probability, moderate-impact risks
• Conduct program-level strategic planning and interact with executive leadership
• Lead cross-functional teams including internal employees, matrixed stakeholders, and contractors
• Oversee scope definition, requirements gathering, documentation, and project estimation
• Develop and track detailed project schedules and budgets
• Provide ongoing status reporting, issue resolution, and risk management
• Drive contingency planning and ensure alignment across multiple organizational levels
• Maintain strong customer and stakeholder communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
• PMP or PMI certification
• Experience in Camera Module development
• Experience within consumer electronics environments
• Semiconductor industry experience
• Strong project estimation, scheduling, tracking, and implementation planning skills
• Proven team leadership and people management capabilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities in dynamic environments
• Strong risk assessment and mitigation experience
• Experience delivering large-scale, multi-platform technology solutions
• Proficiency with program management software
• MBA or other advanced degree
• Experience working in large enterprise systems environments
