Keystone Recruitment is hiring a Technical Project Manager III on behalf of one of their enterprise technology clients. This role supports high-impact retail technology initiatives focused on in-store demo systems and operational infrastructure, ensuring smooth deployment and high uptime across connected retail hardware ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor retail technology performance dashboards and translate system data into concise operational updates
- Organize and triage incoming technical issues from retail teams
- Develop troubleshooting documentation to improve field usability and maintenance efficiency
- Manage relationships with technical support partners and scale support processes as needed
- Coordinate demo content rollouts and software updates across connected hardware devices
- Serve as the operational point of contact for external technical vendors, ensuring SLAs are met
- Partner with analytics and demo teams to define KPIs and optimize engagement and uptime metrics
- Support deployment and iteration of retail demo systems and device management solutions
- Track program budgets related to maintenance and operational support
- Manage vendor Statements of Work (SOWs)
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical project or product management
- Strong understanding of hardware and software development processes
- Experience using project and bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Asana
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience navigating dynamic organizational environments
- Proven conflict resolution and risk mitigation skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering
- Experience working with retail device ecosystems or interactive display technologies
