Esquire Group is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager specialized in lithium battery products. The role involves developing sales and marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies specifically tailored for lithium battery products, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors including electric vehicles (EV), solar energy, telecommunications, and industrial backup systems
- Build and maintain robust relationships with dealers, distributors, corporate clients, and institutional customers to foster long-term partnerships and drive sales growth
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth and market share expansion
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing strategies and identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Lead and supervise the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve performance excellence and meet organizational objectives
- Work closely with supply chain and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of products and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, management information system (MIS) reports, and presentations for senior management to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns and branding strategies to enhance market positioning and brand recognition
- Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining high ethical standards
