Justrite Safety Group is a dynamic organization dedicated to protecting people, property, and the planet. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and oversee the implementation of the business unit marketing strategy and product marketing to boost brand awareness and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a long-term business unit marketing and action plan, including identification of target audiences and industries, key value propositions and distribution on relevant channels and measurement of the results that will build brand awareness, generate leads and drive engagement with customers, channel partners and employees
- Understand where marketing and sales professionals are getting their information today and build partnerships, co-marketing, and programs that generate demand
- Set annual and quarterly marketing goals and monitor performance of brand visibility, lead generation, funnel performance and engagement
- Design & execute 1:1, 1: few, and broad-based marketing initiatives to meet pipeline requirements of varied account segments
- Plan the development of all brand publications, stellar short and long-form marketing content including digital and social media, web and video content webinars, articles and whitepapers
- Partner with corporate marketing, communications, events and marketing operations through creative briefs for external messages and collateral, including press releases, attributed quotes, event scripts, talking points, prepared remarks, social media posts, marketing collateral, website content and other communications and marketing materials.to design impactful, content-rich, multichannel nurture programs that drive demand and coordinate with sales to facilitate customer pipeline
- Establish intimate knowledge or our database of marketing leads to uncover where opportunities for engagement exist
- Work closely with product management to develop the product content roadmap detailing campaigns, product launches and events
- Lead the development and execution of content strategies across business units and campaigns and create best-in-class written content for marketing communications including application notes, case studies, white papers, thought leadership articles, webinars, and more
- Provide support for all launches of new products and releases for both internal and external markets and maintain knowledge of all competitor activities and ensure adherence to customer requirements
- Build and maintain solid partnerships with assigned internal stakeholders better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate strategic communications designed to meet business goals
- Regularly drive meetings with virtual global key execution stakeholders across Field Marketing, Digital, Sales Development, Communications, Customer Marketing, Content and Design to ensure activities are being executed and provide updates on assets being delivered, and in planned
- Engage with VP of Strategic Marketing and sister business units marketing managers across the global organization to build out a center of excellence, share best practices, leverage marketing technology, and develop key skills
- Contribute ideas for new programs through research of innovative branding techniques
- Assist the VP of Strategic Marketing in the implementation of corporate strategic marketing roadmaps
- Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the communications and marketing program and its activities, monitor progress, and evaluate performance
- Establish goals and KPIs for campaigns based on historical or projected results, and tie back actual performance and revenue impact
- Establish and allocate a marketing budget and resources to different channels based on performance metrics
- Track and report out results across the entire buyer’s journey analyze dashboards to understand where opportunities for further optimization and engagement exists
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related business administration from an accredited educational institution
- Minimum six years' experience in marketing, business administration, or related field
- Functional and working experience with Adobe creative suite of products, e.g., InDesign
- Project management – must work on cross-functional environment to drive projects, create and prioritize related tasks, manage multiple obligations, and meet deadlines while under pressure
- Problem-solving and organization – ability to assimilate information and potentially conflicting ideas into coherent and logical outcomes
- Technical aptitude – experience in translating and communicating complex technical topics to execute the actions with easy-to-understand benefits
- Communication – excellent written and verbal communication skills – experience in creating, composing, writing, and editing materials
- Business acumen – possess insight to larger business goals and objectives and understand how the role fits into overall strategy
- Sense for good design based on industry best practices; maintain brand standards
- Ability to work in both a team environment, and independently, with limited direction, when necessary, to achieve objectives
- Leadership – collaborate team of marketing contributors, commercial team members, operations and engineering, and others as part of cross-functional teams
- Flexibility – be able to improvise and adjust to shifting priorities; positive “can-do” attitude
- Ability to travel up to 25%
