Product Owner / Manager

IDR, Inc. is seeking a full remote Product Owner / Manager to join one of their top clients in Nashville, TN. This role focuses on enhancing the Direct Sales app and e-commerce experience within a retail and supply chain environment, offering the opportunity to work on high-impact projects and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Own and support the team-member-facing tablet application used to place bulk and recurring customer orders
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve the Direct Sales buying experience, including personalization and future integrations with .com
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, fulfillment, and e-commerce teams to support workflows such as cart, checkout, and inventory sourcing
• Manage backlog, prioritize user stories, and drive cross-functional alignment within a fast-moving environment
• Support and influence strategic initiatives for expanding the digital product in 2026–2027

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership
• Strong experience supporting e-commerce platforms, especially in bottom-of-funnel areas like cart and checkout
• Exposure to supply chain coordination and high-quantity purchasing workflows
• Proven success working remotely and delivering independently
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with evolving processes
