The Judge Group is seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive product strategy and manage technical roadmaps. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to convert product concepts into actionable requirements and ensuring high-quality delivery through Agile leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a continuously updated 3‑month product roadmap aligned with company objectives and strategic priorities
- Lead monthly roadmap review sessions with cross‑functional teams
- Adjust priorities based on technical constraints, customer feedback, and evolving business needs
- Convert product concepts into clear, actionable technical requirements and user stories
- Collaborate with solution architects and engineers to validate system design, architecture, and integration needs
- Ensure backlog items are properly groomed, scoped, and ready for development
- Facilitate weekly discovery sessions, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives with engineering teams
- Document technical decisions, trade-offs, and implementation plans
- Track development velocity and team performance to ensure predictable, high‑quality delivery
- Support the identification, triage, and prioritization of operational issues across internal and customer‑facing systems
- Work closely with engineering and QA teams to reproduce issues, assess severity, and drive timely fixes
- Coordinate technical debugging, issue resolution workflows, and root‑cause analysis
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to uncover high‑value opportunities and pain points
- Translate insights into product improvements and roadmap optimizations
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and enhance reporting infrastructure—dashboards, CRM systems, data pipelines, and BI tools
- Partner with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and usability
- Define, prioritize, and manage enhancements to internal tools that support compliance, operations, and performance tracking
- Support integration of third‑party systems and APIs to improve reporting and operational automation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality, system performance, and reporting logic
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role within SaaS or FinTech
- Strong proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and technical documentation practices
- Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Familiarity with APIs, data models, system integrations, and cloud architecture
- Experience with BI and reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Proven ability to write clear technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience working in Agile development environments with cross‑functional engineering teams
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for various audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams
- Exceptional time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Understanding of lending workflows, banking compliance, or loan origination systems
