Globalization Partners is a leading SaaS-based Global Employment Platform™ that helps clients expand into over 180 countries efficiently. They are seeking a Senior Manager of Integrated Campaigns and Creative Production to oversee the strategic planning and execution of integrated campaigns while managing creative studio operations.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end execution roadmap for high-impact initiatives (Product Launches, Brand Campaigns, Content Tentpoles, etc)
- Act as the "Connective Tissue" between Marketing, Revenue, and Product teams to translate business objectives into actions
- Define and track the success of integrated programs, focusing on pipeline impact
- Design and optimize the end-to-end lifecycle of creative assets, from intake and briefing to review cycles and final approval
- Drive decisions around when to keep work in-house and when to deploy external agencies or freelancers to meet demand. Focus on reducing cycle times and eliminating production bottlenecks without sacrificing quality. Anticipate crunch periods, negotiate deadlines as needed, and prioritize high impact/revenue generating requests
- Serve as the executive owner of our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing Project Management and/or Marketing Operations
- Proven track record of leading multi-channel campaigns in a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment
- Expertise in resource forecasting, budget management, and creative workflow automation
- Experience with Asana
- Experience with Air data asset management platform
