Morae Global Corporation is seeking a Senior Associate – Data Breach Technical PM to collaborate with internal stakeholders, offshore development teams, and external technology partners. This role involves executing and optimizing post-incident data extraction workflows for complex breach response matters by translating regulatory and operational requirements into technical extraction methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Significant hands-on experience with Relativity data processing, structured analytics, imports, exports, and workspace optimization in high-volume matters
- Ability to prepare, process, and load structured and unstructured datasets (PDFs, Excel, DAT/load files, CSV exports, database extracts, email containers) into processing and hosted review platforms
- Demonstrated experience extracting and isolating regulated data elements (PII, PHI, PCI, financial data, etc.) using advanced search logic, pattern matching (regex), and structured field analysis
- Experience leveraging AI and analytics-driven tools, including LLM-assisted workflows, to enhance document classification, entity recognition, and data extraction in a defensible manner
- Ability to evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs to ensure regulatory accuracy and audit defensibility
- Experience refining extraction workflows to reduce manual review hours and improve time-to-notification on breach matters
- Solid technical problem-solving skills with strong knowledge of data breach review and data processing applications, including Relativity and related analytics tools
- Ability to read and construct SQL queries and manipulate structured datasets to meet regulatory and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with in-house development teams to implement automation and AI enhancements that improve extraction efficiency
- Provide technical solutions and workflow improvements that translate regulatory and operational requirements into defensible extraction methodologies
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot processing issues, and respond to front-end users and internal stakeholders in time-sensitive matters
- Document methodologies and quality control measures to ensure defensibility and audit readiness
