Sr Mgr, HR Business Partner

Core & Main is a leader in advancing reliable infrastructure with local service nationwide. The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner will provide strategic guidance in setting business direction, support functional strategy, and assist in the development and implementation of various HR programs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance in setting business direction to support functional strategy and continuous growth
• Understand succession planning, management development, and performance management
• Provide support and partnership needed to execute strategic initiatives
• Educate and counsel on policies and procedures to limit legal exposure
• Leverage technology to drive operational excellence
• Assist in the development and implementation of compensation, career development, diversity, change management, and recognition programs
• Lead corporate HR initiatives aligned with the company’s mission and values

Requirements:

• A BS/BA degree in a related discipline
• 7+ years of related experience
• Experience supporting senior level executives
• Reside in California
