Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance in setting business direction to support functional strategy and continuous growth
- Understand succession planning, management development, and performance management
- Provide support and partnership needed to execute strategic initiatives
- Educate and counsel on policies and procedures to limit legal exposure
- Leverage technology to drive operational excellence
- Assist in the development and implementation of compensation, career development, diversity, change management, and recognition programs
- Lead corporate HR initiatives aligned with the company’s mission and values
Requirements:
- A BS/BA degree in a related discipline
- 7+ years of related experience
- Experience supporting senior level executives
- Reside in California
