As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you’ll help clients achieve meaningful results with Edmentum solutions by executing implementation plans and building relationships to support program adoption and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Execute implementation plans tailored to client needs and goals
- Apply your knowledge of Edmentum products and state requirements
- Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction, resolving common issues
- Support program adoption through relationship-building and process improvements
- Assist sales efforts by demonstrating expertise and supporting growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and customer health
Requirements:
- You have a Master's degree in Education (strongly preferred)
- You bring 5+ years of experience leading education technology implementations
- You have solid knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and education trends
- You are skilled at managing multiple priorities and projects
- You communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- You analyze data to drive recommendations and improvements
- You build strong relationships and foster collaboration
- You are willing to travel up to 40%
