Senior Project Manager

Parallel Consulting is a leading solar EPC contractor seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead full lifecycle project delivery. This high-impact role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in line with contractual commitments while building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Own delivery of assigned solar EPC projects from award through COD and close-out
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across the project lifecycle
• Lead cross-functional coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, and finance
• Serve as primary client contact, managing communication and expectations
• Protect project margins through strong forecasting, cost control, and change management
• Mentor Project Managers and Assistant PMs, supporting team development
• Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and efficient project close-out

Requirements:

• 7+ years project management experience in construction, EPC, or renewable energy
• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects
• Strong schedule management, cost control, and risk mitigation skills
• Confident client-facing leadership and stakeholder management experience
• Solar EPC experience
• Comfortable with travel to project sites as required
