Marketing Manager

BisectHosting is a global leader in the game server hosting industry, and they are seeking a Marketing Manager to build and operate their marketing execution engine. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent execution across various marketing domains and managing day-to-day campaign coordination and team management.

Responsibilities:

• Building and operating BH’s marketing execution engine
• Ensuring consistent execution, clear accountability, and measurable impact across brand, performance, content, and product marketing
• Owning day-to-day prioritization, campaign coordination, team management, and cross-functional alignment with Growth, Partnerships, and Development
• Building systems, removing bottlenecks, and providing weekly performance visibility to leadership

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or marketing management
• Proven experience building or improving marketing workflows and processes
• Experience managing multiple contributors or contractors
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Comfortable working with performance metrics and reporting weekly results
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical teams
• Experience operating within EOS or similar accountability frameworks
• Background in B2B or hosting / SaaS environments
• Experience scaling small marketing teams
• Strong analytical literacy and ability to interpret funnel performance data
