Growe is a company focused on innovative marketing strategies, and they are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to develop and execute local influencer marketing strategies. The role involves managing influencer campaigns, building partnerships, and optimizing campaign results to drive revenue growth and ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute local influencer marketing strategies to drive deposits, revenue growth, and ROI
- Identify, attract, and onboard relevant streamers, tipsters, and micro-influencers across LatAm region
- Build and scale long-term partnerships with local influencers in performance-driven environments
- Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end: brief creation, negotiation, technical task preparation, content approval, publishing control, and performance tracking
- Monitor and optimize campaign results based on key metrics such as deposits, reach, CPA, engagement, and ROI
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to stay ahead of local trends and identify new growth opportunities
- Manage allocated budgets and ensure efficient spending aligned with performance goals
Requirements:
- 1+ year of proven experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience working with influencer traffic and performance-based campaigns
- Strong knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, streaming platforms, and local social media ecosystems
- Understanding of core performance metrics (CPA, ROI, conversion rate, engagement rate)
- Experience in negotiations and closing partnership deals
- Good command of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher (both written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of the LatAm market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your geo
- Commercial mindset with focus on measurable results
- Proactive, hands-on, and performance-driven attitude
- Creative and strategic thinker when building influencer partnerships
- Experience in betting/iGaming is highly preferred
- Working with different Revenue Share, CPA, and Hybrid offers will be a plus
