T3 Live is a leading financial education company focused on helping individuals learn how professional traders think and execute in real markets. They are seeking a Marketing Performance Manager to own and scale their internal marketing and engagement function, responsible for lifecycle marketing, member communications, re-engagement, and event marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Own email and CRM strategy across nurture, lifecycle, remarketing, and re-engagement campaigns
- Improve conversion from and re-activate older or dormant leads
- Lead internal communications including product updates, launches, and ongoing member engagement
- Coordinate messaging across social media channels (with execution support)
- Develop and implement internal marketing strategies—from idea to launch
- Build and execute strategic product and event launches
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in lifecycle, engagement, or internal marketing
- Strong background in email marketing and CRM platforms
- Experience coordinating campaigns, events, and cross-channel messaging
- Financial publishing or education experience is a plus
